We feel that we can't stress this
enough, customers are the most important part of what we do.
As a profile, we feel that describes our philosophy. We
have been involved with the meter industry for ten years now
and we feel like we have learned quite a bit. We design
software that allows the management and transmission of meter
information from beginning to end. Our billing management
software (SDIComplete) starts the process
and passes information through SDReader to our handheld software
and then back up the chain. This allows you to read meters
efficiently and precisely. We like to think we provide the
